Getting Your First Set of Consistent Coaching Clients

Today we’re going to talk about how to get consistent clients. You gotta have systems in place that’s going to help you consistently be able to get clients.

If you want a steady flow of clients, you need a steady flow of prospects.

If you want to be able to position yourself to scale, to grow which is what I know you guys want to do. This is going to be very important for you.

Here are ways on how to get a consistent clients

  • Doing a cash injection
  • Creating a Brand new No-Brainer Offer
  • Asking for Referral
  • Building a Coaching Funnel

Cash Injection is one of the easiest ways to get new clients in your business and what you’re doing is you’re creating a no-brainer offer.

What you’re really doing is you’re putting together a brand new offer that solves one problem for your audience. One problem. And pricing it in a way that they can’t refuse.

So when you think of a no-brainer offer make sure that it’s different from your high ticket program.

Common mistake that I see coaches make when I give them this advice is they discount their program. And what it does is it really changes the perception of your program and it makes your program look like it’s not valuable. That’s not what you want to do.

Your high ticket program that’s your program. 

You’re creating a separate no-brainer offer that leads into your program. 

And you can do that, number one, take one of your audience’s problems.

Now even if you do not have a signature program yet or you do not have signature system like myself and my clients. 

You can focus on one problem.

Maybe you are a business coach like me or marketing coach like me and what you decide to do is focus on helping your ideal clients create their lead magnet. Maybe you are a business coach like me or marketing coach like me and what you decide to do is focus on helping your ideal clients create their lead magnet.

It doesn’t have to be a coaching program.  

It could be a series of videos that you created and bundled it up together. There are no rules here.

Just as long as it’s not the same as your high ticket program.

Number two, making sure that it’s solving one problem for your client.

Number three, make sure that whatever topic, this offer is on easily and seamlessly leads into your coaching program.

So here’s a few questions that you need to ask yourself help you come up with your no-brainer offer:

  • What’s the one specific problem that you can solve quickly for your clients?
  •  Is there a gap in your market that needs to be filled?
  • What are some questions that your ideal clients have asked you in the past?

Again, does it have to be a coaching program. Absolutely not a master class. It can be a workshop, a video series, a boot camp. You can do any digital product.

The point is it needs to seamlessly lead to your coaching program. Why? Because we’re talking about how to get a steady flow of clients we’re not talking about one-hitters.

So it’s not about just getting somebody to buy my workshop, it’s about getting people to consistently buy my workshop. Because this is going to lead people into my coaching program consistently.

Your cash injections are only available for a limited time. It's not something that you leave open all the time.

Here’s the second way is by referral. Referrals this is very very very important.

This is an example, there was a company that my mom and I were in when we sell life insurance and they did this really well. As coaches, we can do the same thing.

So whenever we did a fast start with someone. one of the things that we had to do was they had to write down 10 people. Like 10 of their friends, who they believe that needs to hear this presentation.  and so what that did is it gave us referrals. the reason why this really works is people rely on validation from people who they know.

What happens is the rapport and the trust that’s needed for someone to make an informed decision.
When they are investing at a high at a premium price, this eliminates the doubt and the risk because someone else is vouching for you.

So this is the psychology behind referrals.

How can we do this as coaches:

  • Number one when people join your program offer them a referral fee.
  • Number two, you can get referrals is when you’re off-boarding a client.

 

Tip: If you want to grow, if you want to scale you need consistent clients. And the only way you are going to get that is by having consistent leads and knowing how to turn them into prospects.

And lastly, building what I like to call a coaching funnel.

I believe coaches there’s a specific type of funnel that works for us.

So a funnel is very simple, in order to build a funnel the first thing you need is a freebie.

You need a freebie. 

A freebie is something that should be a quick win.

You need a freebie and a juicy headline that pulls some one.

On that page, there would be the headline, photo of your freebie then sub-headline, and at the bottom the call-to-action button. That is how your page would look like. 

And when somebody downloads it, here’s how you get consistent clients from this.

When somebody comes to this page and they download it the next page they go to is a thank you page. 

This is where it gets real, so you’ll have a video and then you’ll have a button here for people to book an appointment with you. This is what I like to call your appointment page. This is your authority video.

So what this authority video does:

  • It positions you with the messaging.
  • Shows your authority, that you are the person they should be listening to.
  • You are the person that has the unique solution to solve that problem.
  • It should give them a call to action to book an appointment.

 

So now what happens is when you’re out there doing those, live streams, podcast interviews,  in those Facebook groups that you love to market in. Instead of wasting time you are now giving people a freebie knowing that this funnel, this system is working to get you consistent clients.

If every single time you posted in somebody’s Facebook group you were giving a freebie and you knew that every 100 people that go to that freebie, ten of them are going to book an appointment for you with you.

So when a hundred people see your offer you can really expect one to five percent of them to take action. That means that you need to have those people going and downloading those freebies consistently so that authority video can work for you.

Everything starts with consistent leads, consistent prospects, consistent clients.

So now what happens is when you’re out there doing those, live streams, podcast interviews, in those Facebook groups that you love to market in. Instead of wasting time you are now giving people a freebie knowing that this funnel, this system is working to get you consistent clients.

So when a hundred people see your offer you can really expect one to five percent of them to take action. That means that you need to have those people going and downloading those freebies consistently so that authority video can work for you.

Well, what happens to the other 90 people who won’t book an appointment?

What happens is now you have an email sequence, that consistently sends an email out every day on autopilot leading people to book an appointment. Continuing to build trust, build rapport, give value, invite them to your group doing what you need to do to build that trust factor so those who are ready, can book an appointment with you.

So today I haven’t talked much about structure but  giving you some strategies and I’ve talked to you about a simple system that you could implement in your business for you to get clients consistently.

The three things that people are always missing why they cannot grow:

  1. Their business is not structured for growth.
  2. They have no strategy or they’re using the wrong strategy
  3. They don’t have the right systems.

    I really hope that is useful and valuable but it’s only going to be valuable and useful to the people who take action.
